 Victory Lakes is a Bristow, Virginia community that straddles Sudley Manor Drive east of Linton Hall Road. Located within commuting distance of Washington DC, Victory Lakes offers easy access to Route 66, Route 28, and Route 29, as well as WMTA, and Dulles Airport.

We are also located within five miles of the Manassas Regional Airport and the VRE, and close to a variety of shops and restaurants in Bristow, Manassas, and Gainesville, as well as the best activities Prince William County has to offer.




From Washington, DC:

1. Head southwest on I-66 W

2. Take Exit 44 for VA-234 S/Prince William Parkway towards Manassas/Dumfries

3. Continue onto VA-234 S

4. Turn right onto Sudley Manor Drive

5. Turn right onto Victory Lakes Loop
