Styled to look like a lighthouse, the Victory Lakes Clubhouse is a beacon for the neighborhood to come enjoy the activities. There is an outdoor pool, tennis courts, tot lots, picnic area, dog park, multipurpose court for volleyball or basketball, and the only inline hockey court in the area. The Clubhouse itself is a party facility that can rented by residents year round, or used as a gathering area for community clubs and events.
Outside the grounds of the Victory Lakes Clubhouse there are walking/biking trails that wind their way through the community and take you past the three fully stocked lakes. You can see Victory Lakes residents fishing in the lakes in Spring, Summer and Fall.
The Victory Lakes Clubhouse, located at 12600 Victory Lakes Loop, is available for rental by residents of Victory Lakes Community for private events.
The Clubhouse contains two rooms plus a kitchenette. Restrooms are available. The kitchenette has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher that residents may use. Residents are also permitted to bring low-voltage appliances (such as a slow cooker) for use at their event.
The maximum capacity of the Clubhouse is 100 people. For the residents' use, there are four wooden tables (8' long) and 32 wooden chairs, plus 10 plastic stacking chairs. A gas grill on the patio is also available for outdoor use (residents must provide their own propane).
Victory Lakes Community has three outdoor pools for the use of residents and a limited number of guests. The pool complex consists of a bathhouse, lap pool, family pool, and wading/kiddie pool. The pool generally opens Memorial Day weekend and closes around Labor Day weekend. The lap pool is also home to the community swim team; practice times and meets are held at different times during the summer.

The Victory Lakes Fitness Center is located within the VLCA Clubhouse on the southeast side of the building. The fitness center includes 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines, 2 multi-functional weight trainers, free weights, and a yoga ball. Other features include a floor-to-ceiling mirror on one wall and a television.

Adjacent to the Clubhouse are the VLCA Recreational Grounds. In addition to the pool complex, these include a large playground, two (2) regulation size tennis courts, recreation courts (basketball, hockey, etc.), sand volleyball court and dog park. There is an additional tot lot on Ribbon Falls Loop for residents to enjoy, as well as a beautiful trail system that links to Prince William County Parks and Recreation trails. Residents can also be found fishing in one of the community's three stocked ponds.
The recreational grounds are for residents and their guests only.
